They always remember me (we come in irregularly for regularly scheduled oil changes), remember both vehicles, and take the time to explain (repeatedly if necessary) what is wrong with my (aging) truck. Howard doesn't charge until he knows the fix worked, and his highest concern is making sure the vehicles is running well. He tells me which repairs must be done immediately, which can be delayed (for financial considerations) and which should be done together to save labor charges. I have recommended 5 Star to close friends and family, and they trust him as completely as if he were actually family.
