I brought my Subaru Legacy Wagon in for a Timing Belt replacement. The shop gave me an estimate that was nearly $200 less than a local Subaru dealer. The manager answered the phone personally and talked to us about the service. He was very ameneable to making arrangements for us to purchase our own parts as well as to drop off the car overnight. We highly recommend this shop and their mechanics.

I was stuck in the Sierras with loss of coolant. My car was towed to Amador. They did a great job of fixing the car at a fair price--about $100 LESS than the original estimate! The job was done well, and they even cleaned up the engine compartment. Highly recommended.

I've taken three Ford Explorers, a Ford Ranger and my Ford E-350 (chassis) Motorhome to Bill and his crew for the past 10 years. I have never had a problem with any of the work performed by any of the certified mechanics. The manager, Bill, keeps me informed of progress and takes the time to explain all options. Highly recommended and highly appreciated.
