These guys make it a point to be straight with the customer.
Whenever I have work done by them, they take the time to
explain to me exactly what the problem is, and what it
means. This past time, I had some relatively major work
done by them, and they accidentally misquoted the labor to
me (should have been about $300 more). They called me later
in the day regarding some of the repairs, and told me that
they had misquoted the labor. To my pleasure, however, they
also informed me that they would stick to the original
quote. I can't express enough just how much faith I have in
these guys.
