John Howe West Inc. is a Toyota specialty shop. Phil is the head mechanic/owner with Chris. Both are extremely personable, competent and honest. My husband had taken his Tundra to them for years. I was sold on their work when I took my 2001 Toyota Sienna XLE to them with an air conditioning problem two years ago. A Toyota dealer (not in Santa Barbara) had already given me an estimate of over $1,000 for the work. Phil was able to fix the AC for a fraction of the cost. And it's still working! I won't take my 159,000 mile van to anyone else.
