Ray was the first mechanic to believe that it wasn't because I was a woman that the front brakes kept wearing out of my Suburban. He looked further and found that the factory had set the front brakes to do all the work! Ray is the owner and keeps a close eye on everything that's done. He never has to advertise or offer coupons because once you've been to him you never go anywhere else. He charges for what he actually does, not a flat rate like the dealers. If you can't get back by the time he closes he locks the car up outside and you can put a check through the mailbox. He never gives up until he is sure he has solved the problem. Neatest diagnosis so far - determined that my husband's Mustang kept getting a flat battery because sitting out in the sun the glove compartment door had warped enough to leave the light on all the time, but not enough for us to be aware of the problem.

I don't know how they would respond when they screw something up, because they haven't screwed up yet. They are fair in their pricing, deliver your vehicle on time, but most important, they COMMUNICATE if there is a change in the scope of work or the time frame. They have an older shop, but it's always clean and organized, a good visual sign, especially since they are always busy.

Can't answer IF they respond if errors occur, because haven't had any. I've checked prices at other shops, and they are right in line. They suggest things to watch for, but NO pressure to do the work. As a single OLDER woman, I appreciate a good shop to have available.
