This particular Jiffy Lube is very professional and competent. Compared to other Jiffy Lubes, this one rates as the best by far. The employees are hard working and the mechanics do not fib problems. The mechanics give you an opinion based on merit of manufacture suggestion. They fix what needs to be fixed and they leave everything else alone. The company accepts responsibility and error by employees is responded with punishment. Management leaves no room for major errors and the team alleviates problems as they occur.
