The gas pedal used to stick wide open to the floor. I took it to several mechanics and specialty shops. The carb had been rebuilt twice, the throttle cable replaced, the pedal had been inspected but it still stuck. I asked every mechanic I knew if they knew what could be causing the problem and they all suggested what I had already tried. I took my car to Jerry and he found the problem, which turned out to be some linkage problem in the carb, in about 20 minutes. Problem solved!!! Several others we know have taken their cars there after taking them to mechanics who couldn't find the problem and they seem to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose with astounding accuracy.

Replaced the idle air bypass valve on my Contour for only $25 labor! Sure, it was an easy job, but I've never had anything on a car fixed for $25 before! Great place, always have done things right the first time.
