Prior to being referred to Howards Automotive I religiously took my car to the dealer (big dope slap for me). The costs were outrageous and the dealership was not convenient for me. I feel very comfortable when my car is serviced by Howards because I can talk to the mechanic directly and ask questions like for example: Hey Scott, I'm leaving on a 2 week vacation. My brakes are original (43M miles). Do they need attention??? I receive good and fast feedback on questions and like the people I am dealing with. Hope this helps.
