Ted found the problem with my car and fixed it when the service people at the dealer couldn't even detect it. That was my first encounter with him. Since then he has done major and minor jobs on my car and my family's cars. Most recently I had my car to several shops, because I was out of Concord's area, none of the mechanics could pinpoint my problem. When I got back to Ted's he found it right away. I've dealt with him for twenty years and he's always been top-notch.

I have dealt with Ted for more than 10 years; primarily with a Honda, but also extensively with a Toyota and a Subaru. He is always available and easy to contact over the phone. His repairs are usually within a day's time and the price is always reasonable (on several occasions, he has repaired the problem and sent me on my way without charge!) I first learned of Ted's on this website many moons ago and am shocked there are not more testimonials. But, given the number of listings, I can understand. One final note about Ted: he is a very kind man. I have been bringing my 4 year-old by his shop since he was an infant and they both enjoy each other thoroughly. This could be due to the candy jar that is always available...he also has a bucket in the shop with doggie treats!
