They only list their telephone number in the telephone book (691-8310) because they are always incredibly crowded. Bill is an animal lover. He feeds a flock of pigeons at the shop and often brings his dog to work. The first time that I brought my car in the young assistant who worked on it messed up. I brought it back thinking something new was wrong. After Bill checked it out the assistant explained what he had done wrong fixed it and apologized profusely. I was not charged for the added rpairs. I was impressed and have gone back every time there has been a problem and for general maintenance. The charge is always reasonable even when the repair was tricky and time consuming.
