Our car ran into problems on New Year's Eve. Despite the fact that the guidebook said that the repair would take only two hours, it took almost 7 because of unforeseen silly engineering. Both mechanics worked until 9:30 pm to make sure that we could use our car to go to a New Year's eve party. They were good natured and polite and charged us an extremely fair price for their work.
