Not only is the place clean and the people courteous, but they actually give away cookies! No kidding. As they were driving me to work after I dropped off my car today, I got a little gift bag with 2 terrific chocolate chip cookies. And the staff introduced themselves and took time to tell me what would happen to my car. Finally, I found a place where people speak English and seem to care about the customer.

They have always been very responsive to getting the problem fixed as soon as possible. I really like their shuttle service that will bring you back to work or home after you drop off your car. -- don

They did a great job of finding the problem and explaining it to me and exactly why they are doing what they were doing. Their shuttle service is very convenient and friendly. Everybody is very professional although the cost may be a little higher than most.

This has been my regular shop for the past 8 years. They have done a good job with my car. When you go there you feel that these people know what they are talking about, and the work likewise seems top notch. But alas, you pay for the good work. My 90K tune up came to $1500! Yes, alot was tuned up and much was changed, but that was a lot of money. I will continue to use them, but I am also looking for cheaper alternatives for work that they recommend but seems tather expensive, such as the $300 air conditioning hose.
