Ken is very nice and always easy to talk to. He is willing to help you fix it yourself and get parts quickly.

These are stand up guys, fun, know their stuff, not
interested in price gouging. Just the kinds of mechanics we
should clone. I know nothing about cars, and they never
abused my ignorance. When I moved from Berkeley to SF I kept
taking my car all the way to Berkeley because I had fear
that a new relationship with a mechanic would be
unsatisfying and debt-inducing. They drove me and picked me
up to/from the BART when I needed to leave my car with them.
And when I moved away to North Carolina, we all cried (not
really, but almost). These guys are golden. Grab-em & don't
let go. If I could be a polygamist adultress, I would marry
the lot of them.

Precision made only one mistake, and it was a costly one,
for them. There was no equivocating and no stalling; soon
we had the car back in top shape. Aside from that, repairs
and tune-ups have all been flawless. Kenny and his crew are
good people

Ken and the guys at Precision People's were our mechanics for
almost twenty years, working on Subarus, VW Bugs, and Toyota
Corollas. Even now that we've moved 300 miles away, we still
occasionally use their services. Like the other survey
participant, I don't know much about cars, but I never felt
taken advantage of, or condescended to. Just straight-up
guys! They are not the cheapest shop around, but since I
never had a problem with them or their work, I never minded
paying for what I got. Excellent service, competence, and a
friendly manner.
