To tell the truth, I don't even know his name - he is the owner of the shop. When my CV joints needed replacing, he quoted me a price for the job (both axles) that was less than the price for two new CV joints fron the dealer. I know the parts aren't the same quality, but jeez - it's a used car.

Norick is always honest, reliable and affordable. My mom has been taking her car to him for about 14 years. Although I don't live in the area, I've had car troubles twice while in town and he did a great job fixing the problem quickly at a great price (on a car that he doesn't even specialize in.) One time dealer quoted us $1800, Norick fixed the car for $100!

Norick is a dead wringer for ALbert Einstein and just about as spacey. He is however, the most reliable and competent mechanic I have personally encountered, and on the need to buy a new car went out of his way to explain his point of view about different sorts of makes, etc. I now live twice as far from him and ALWAYS take my car when it needs a check-up or repair. If I have a complaint it's that basically the secret is out and the lines are sometimes long and I have to wait a day or two to get my car back.
