As a woman I was concerned about getting ripped off. Several people recommended Toyopros as being honest and trustworthy. I tried them and found Rick, the owner to be honest. He instilled confidence that he would take care of business. And he has ALWAYS has stuck by his word. He will let you know not only what needs to be done but what you can hold off on if you need to. He'll let you know when something is really minor as well. I have been taking my cars to him for 12 years now. And I know that some of his customers move away and still make the trek 100 miles to him because they trust him.

They will take you home and pick you up when the car is ready most of the time, when personal and time are available, no loaner available. I have never known them NOT to fix a problem promptly and very well. I go in for oil changes on a regular basis. Nearly 2 years since I had an expensive repair on my 22 year old MR2 Toyota, Red. It has to be Red to run this well. Other colors may not due as well. Two years ago was the only expensive repair my car ever had. I wish I had found them sooner - GLAD I have them now. Of course they tell the customer what the matter is, how it can be fixed (choices are given, including 'nothing, do nothing, let the car explode'), and prices!

Found out about this place from this site. Just moved to town and needed some work done badly. I'm here at Toyopros right now. I brought my computer because I was determined to wait for the car to be repaired instead of getting a rental. As it turns out, I may not even have time to finish this review. Why? It's not that the car doesn't need work (it's a 95 Corolla... it needs work!!!), but Rick is sending me somewhere else to save money!!! My radiator is leaking, and he is suggesting I take it straight to a radiator place (he's given me recommendations) instead of going through him which would cost more!!! My engine also needs work, and he's given me a short cut to manage it instead of spending more than the car is worth for it's repair. How's that for honesty. He didn't even charge me to look at the car, and he looked it over himself!!!. So, I've spent no money here, and I'm going to save money in the long run. WHAT KIND OF MECHANIC DOES THAT????!!!! I didn't fill out the rest of the questionnaire cause... he didn't do anything. God bless him! I'm a woman of African decent hitting 40, if that makes any difference to anyone. Off to the radiator place!!!
