I had a horrible experince at a dealership and found these guys thru this site. They were FAR cheaper than the dealer in their hourly rate and bought parts and didn't mark them up and took it over to a tranny shop and didn't mark up that bill, answered all my questions. I didn't feel like they talked down to me, and explained further if I indicated I didn't get it. They went into the risks of not doing something and gave opinions when I asked what they would do. All this jived with the information I got from my brother and Dad. When I discovered some wiring hanging down underneath, I dropped by and they took me right away, fixed it, and apologized for not catching it before they gave it back to me. These guys are great! Unfortunately my "find" will need more work and they are definately first on my list and I have recommended them to friends.
