I started taking my 92 BMW 525I to Joe a couple of years ago and the first thing I noticed were the charges seemed lower than the other mechanic I had when I lived in Long Beach. I have always had it fixed the first time right and always received my car back the same day. He is a mellow guy with a good sense of humor and uses only OEM replacement parts. It is a family run business and his wife is the one who gives the courtesy rides home. I am sorry I cannot rate the survey "strongly agree" on everything because I have never had to take it back for the same problem and I am not female. He has a web site, Kevin from Anaheim

Not a lot to do nearby if you're waiting, but service is prompt and reasonable. I have saved hundreds of dollars in repairs (vs. dealer service).

Took the time to explain what was wrong. They looked around for rebuild part (computer) and saved me over a grand from buying new replacement from dealer. They are honest and competent: what more could you ask for?
