Keith, Jim and Bart not only are great guys, they are great mechanics! They know what they are doing, will give you an honest estimate, explain it to you, get the job done on time and stand behind their work. If by some chance the problem is not fixed the first time around, they will make it right and not at the customer's expense. They also are very helpful in working with the customer to get the job done properly, but at the most reasonable cost. If price is a problem they will carefully explain to you what should be done first and in what order the other repairs should be made. If the problem is something they cannot repair, they will recommend another honest shop which can do the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone. If you have a Mercedes...this is the place to take it. That also goes for any other European auto.

These guys are very honest and experienced. It is the best place in Tucson to take your Mercedes.

New to town, I was relieved when I found these guys through the online recommendations, and they are AAA approved. You can really trust these guys as an alternative to the only BMW dealer in Tucson. They are very knowledgable, straightforward and honest. They take the time to explain and SHOW you what is wrong; and honestly advise you what must be done now and what can wait. On top of that, they treat me as important to them as a customer. When my BMW wouldn't start after the first stop I made after a major repair-the first time I had used them- I called the shop from the road, both Keith and the mechanic who worked on the car literally came running to where I was to check it out. (Turned out to be totally unrelated, the stupid alarm system.) They will do an oil change while you wait if you call first, final bills are always close to estimates, work done in time promised, and no surprises. Good guys!!!
