I found this place on your site, after getting sick of getting charged way too much at the dealer. I just want to thank you for having the site and thank the other people that submitted comments (especially the lady that works at Auto Zone) because that really helps me, as a female consumer, know where to go to be treated fairly. Thanks!

After looking at the good reviews, I took my car to this shop for a 30,000 mile service. They did everything according to the manufacturer's recommendation using factory parts and didn't replace the air filter because it still looked good, saving me about $20. They fixed a sticky throttle body during the service at no extra cost as well. They suggested replacing a main relay when I had starting/stalling problems. It's been fine since. This is a quality shop. I wish I could still have my car serviced there but I moved.

AZ Auto Doctor has been regularly servicing my Infiniti, and I would completely recommend this shop to anybody with a Japanese import. The mechanics are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the cost for any service - from an oil change to the bigger jobs - is about half of what I was paying at the dealer. They order all parts directly from local dealerships or suppliers, so any replacement parts are exactly what I'd be getting at the dealership anyway. There's no reason not to take your car here, unless, of course, you hate saving money and detest exemplary service.

On our first visit, we had our 2000 Honda Civic's AC repaired. Their quote seemed high. However, I checked around, and it turns out I'm a cheapskate and they were very much in line with usual AC compressor quotes. Additionally, they fixed the car correctly, the first time, in less than a day. We've returned for other, smaller, issues and have had similar experience.
