These people always take time if I come in with a problem to help me discover the problem. They don't charge an arm and a leg and return my parts if I ask. They are a great shop to utilize.

I HAVE SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO SHARE ABOUT AAA Brake and Tire. I own a Toyota repair shop in Tucson, AZ. We recently had a new client come in with a vehicle that had just been worked on by AAA Brake and Tire. One tiny bolt had come loose, damaging the timing belt. Every shop makes mistakes (this one was a minor oversight that happened to cause a big problem). The important thing is how the mistake is handled. Kent, the owner of AAA Brake and Tire was forthright and immediately agreed to cover the repair--no questions asked. While we were reassembling the vehicle, we were able to determine that the parts used were factory original and that they really pay attention to the small details. These little things separate the great shops from the hacks who use cheap parts and unskilled labor. While I can't comment on the customer experience, its easy to tell why AAA Brake and Tire has a BBB A+ rating. As a fellow shop owner, I think they deserve some serious consideration by those in the Prescott, AZ area.
