The first time I went to Greulich's was when my 1993 Honda
Accord broke down and I had it towed to this garage. It
turned out that there were some obvious things wrong(which
had been overlooked by a previous visit to a Honda dealer
who charged me a fortune). The bill was about $1400.00. Now
Greulich's does not take checks. When I looked in my wallet,
I found all my credit cards had disappeared. The service guy
said don't worry about it; just get the cards replaced and
then come back. It took me about three days to replace the
cards, and then I was able to pay the bill. How nicer could
they have been? After all, they had never seen me before.
Incidentally, the missing cards were never used, and we
never found out what happened to them. Greulich's has many
locations; this one was 3202 East Greenway Road, Phoenix 85032.
