I go in with a problem, the manager tells me if they can or can't fix it there or not. If yes, a time and cost is disscussed, if no, they try to direct me in one honest direction to start fixing my car. The actually have a women working there as a mechanic! and every one works with a desire to work verses have to work. I know for sure they are not comission paid, and there for the don't have to push to sell anything. they tell me what is wrong and it is up to me to deside on fixing or not no pushing or hastling.
