The first time I had work done at Art's I was told the problem was blocked ports causing me to fail the emissions test and it would be 2 hours for labor. When I returned later with a check for the two hours I was told the amount was wrong...thinking I owed more I asked "How much more do I owe"?, and was quickly told I only owed for 1 hour of labor. I would have never know whether they took 2 hours or 1 hour to complete the job however, they did and quickly told me I was overpaying and for me to write a new check for half the amount. Finding an honest mechanic has always been a problem here in Phoenix and I would never take my car to anyone other than Art's Auto.

I have gone there at least 10 years. They have changed owners; they have changed mechanics but they have never changed the quality of the work or the friendliness of the staff. That's truly amazing to me. I have recommended countless friends there all of whom have been happy.
