I am a "biased customer" as I have been a satisfied customer here for close to 20 years The last vehicle he has worked on for 15 years, was a 91 Mercury Sable. He also worked on a 67 Dodge pick-up, ana a 92 Nissan pick- up. I NEVER had to take a vehicle back because it wasn't fixed right. In my case, they never "screwed up" so I'm assuming that they would "respond well" if they did. In my experience, they check out the problem, tell you what the problem is, what the necessary total repairs will cost, including the labor, the cost of the parts, including tax, and the time it will be ready. They have never failed me. Their hour are 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Very covenient for customers to drop their vehicle off before work). I have recommended Jakee's to several Senior females, and they have passed their satisfaction on to others, as they were well please with the treatment and service they received. Jake's address is 2516 W. Bethany Home Rd.,Phx. 85017-2012.He does no commercial advertising, it's all by friedly referrals....Al DeVincent

Have done business with this place for close to 20 years. They have worked on Ford, Chrysler, and Nissan vehicles for me. I have NEVER had to take something back because it wasn't done right. They do all repairs, except tires and mufflers. After they examine the vehicle, they tell me exactly how much it will cost, (including the sales tax on the parts) and just how long it will take to do the repairs. They do not advertise, as satisfied customers gets them all the business they need. I like their hours, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

their phone number is 602-246-4900 Got a referal to them from my old landlord. I now live 100 miales away and still take my car to them for work. They are very good at keeping on top of what my car needs, I trust them and they trust me. Next month I will be having them replace a catalytic converter. They will have the part there when I arrive to make my wait time as short as possible. I drive a lot and see them every month for oil changes.

They always remember my and my car. They have a night drop off with a key slot to drop in your keys. They are on a 1st come basis, but I have never had my car there past 12:00, even with bigger problems. We had a quote from the Ford dealership to repair some problems that were ongoing with our car (quote was over $400, so I took it to Jake's for a 2nd opinion. Jake's checked into it and fixed it for less than $70).

Awesome prices! No games! The owner is extremely forthright and is not trying to fool you. Saved a bunch of money over dealer (Showcase Mazda) and my nearby shop (Virginia Auto Service on 7th St and Virginia). I was being taken advantage of by both and was looking for a new shop. Found Jake's via this website and am extremely happy!!!
