Good, solid mechanical professionals. More work than they can handle, usually, which is obviously a result of their competence. Can probably fix anything on any car, but will contract out to specialists on special problems (the 4WD transfer case on my Jeep, for example). No BS and no hard- sell; if they say you need it, you need it, and if you don't, they tell you how long you can live with it and how to keep it alive; and they give the whole range of options on fixes where there's a choice.

They fix my car when I can't do it myself (I'm male) and I've sent 3 stepdaughters there and they treat them like they would me. They don't hold back either if you are having them check a car you are considering buying and they will tell you if it's a piece of crap. Last summer they put a new AC compressor in my 78 Nova (not cheap) and two months later it self destructed (the compressor), they replaced it for free. The compressor was likely old shelf stock from their supplier and not their fault and under warranty, but they charged me no labor to replace it. And they will work around your schedule if need be, for pick ups and drop offs.
