Bob and Alex are always great. They are friendly and willing to take the time to explain things. Their prices are very reasonable. I took my old truck there because I wanted somebody that knew older vehicles. I since have taken my newer model car and been very satisfied with the work. It is a small place but they seem to always get me in right away.

I live in northern Minnesota. I purchased an auto online in Mesa Az. that needed some attention before I drove it home. I went to the Car Talk website and picked 5 of the top rated shops in the MechanX Files and started calling on Monday. When I got to Bob it took about 2 questions to figure out this was the guy. I told him I was flying in thursday morning and he said barring unforseen trouble it'd be ready, and it was. We drove 2000 miles home without a hitch. Mike did a great job, and Bob's word is gold! I did not spend a dime I didn't need to. You can trust the people at S&S! Thanks again guys!

I'm just impressed with the straight talk from Bob. The labor rates are reasonable ($55/hr) and they have enough experience to diagnose instead of just R&R. If you ask questions, they will give an explanation of what and why. They found a bad Knock senser on my daughter's '92 Camero which a shop is Tuscon said was bad spark plug wires. And they are aware that not everyone is a millionare.

Bob is always wonderful. Treats everyone fairly, and is honest as the day is long. I would trust him with any vehicle I have. We are so luck to have found this shop.
