Pat at Sports Car Service Center is a well seasoned technision and owner who is honest and loves what he does. I have enjoyed a hassle headache free customer relationship that I value and respect. Working in the maintenance side of the Airline Business I value a well designed and engineered car. Fortunitly for me and my marrage, Pat, Joe and Tony at Sport Car Service Center have provide honest quality service for the past 5 years. Thank to Sports Car services I enjoy my old BMW and SAAB and I am happy to say thanks to these guys the only SAD SAAB stores I have to tell is when I went to vist family in Boston, my wife stop by a local Flechers Auto Center on Chandler Blvd just west of I10. She want new tires and agreed on CV Boot change and some new shocks. When she came back at the end of the day, the store manager handed her pieces of the pinion drive gear they recovered from the transmition box after doing a 30 mile road test drive???? After my wife paid the bill she had the broken car towed to Sports Car Service Center. I call Sports Car from Boston to have them investigate the cause. Flechers insurance adjuster examined the disassemble transmition later that week and wroted a check on the spot for $2000+ plus rental car. Thanks to Pat, Joe and Tony honest hard work I have no Sad SAAB stories.

I have a 93 Ford Taurus, and I had taken it to be serviced at a Goodyear place near where I live(Advanced Auto). It started having an oil leak problem about two years ago, I kept having to bring it back. After three oil gasket replacements, it still leaked and smelled funny. (I'm not at all mechanical.) I took it to the local Ford Dealership (Earnhardt's)thinking that they could finally fix it. They said they couldn't see a problem. I took it to Sports Car Service Center. They test drove it, and it came back smoking. I brought them all of my repair records, and they couldn't believe (and explained why) the unprofessional patch work service that I had gotten. There was oil everywhere....even in the water pump which I had had replaced at the Goodyear place two years ago. They gave me a ride home, kept me informed about the progress, gave me an accurate estimate, gave me a ride back to the place and then took the time to explain what they had done and why in terms that I could understand. They guaranteed their work for 12,000 miles. It now sounds like a new car, and there are no oil leaks. They are very thorough...very concerned about getting the job done right. The estimate was accurate as to cost. I feel so relieved that I have found a mechanic I can trust, and that I didn't have to resort to buying a new car. (I have 87,000 miles on it, and I've had cars for a lot longer than that.)

They once rebuildt an engine on one of uour company trucks that only needed a new feul filter. We often had more problems with a truck after taking it in for service than we had when it was brought in.
