They've been great to me. The first time I went there they were finished the SAME DAY and did a great job. They also took the time to show me exactly what they were going to do and why. My best experience with a body shop ever.

I've been a customer of Greg's since 1981. Enough said.

We learned about this shop from a personal recommendation in 1992, and took a Chevy Nova, a Ford Windstar, and a Toyota Prius there for all repair work (but recalls) until we moved out of Arizona in 2010. They are consistently reliable in their estimates of cost and repair time, explain proposed repairs well, and are great about evaluating if a repair needed to be done right away or could be postponed and watched. Repairs are guaranteed, and really do include labor and parts even if the part was bad from the supplier. (Just happened once, but they were really responsive about it.) Both the Windstar and Prius had body work done on them, and we are happy with the results. I trust them completely. The shop is also along city bus and neighborhood shuttle lines, so it was easy to get to and from the shop. My wife and daughters felt comfortable taking the cars there. Good, friendly, smart people--it's an ideal shop.
