They found an oil leak that was misdiagnosed or no one else could find using florescent dye, then fixed the problem at a reasonable price. They fixed an air conditioning problem at reasonable cost compared to other estimates, and also fixed a power window regulator problem. They charge to look at your problem and diagnose it, but you can get it fixed somewhere else - I have done this with brakes and dust boots.

I went to this AAA facility for a oil change with a discount coupon. They did a fine and quick change, but told me my engine mounts were going bad and that I needed $900 in repairs. I went to my dealership for a second opinion, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my engine mounts! Since this was my first visit to AAA, I don't know if they just wanted to make more money off a cheap customer, or saw my out of state license plates and thought they had a cash cow in their sights. I'm sure if it was a serious problem, by dealer would have jumped right on it. So, if they're diagnosing a new problem, I suggest a second opinion. On the comfort side, the shop was very clean and modern, with a waiting area with a video feed from the garage so you can watch them work on your car.
