I pulled up in the rain, 10 mins after closing with flat tire. The staff at Bob's complete auto repair greeted like a friend and patched tire quickly. (no charge) I got to take a tour of the shop - this little shop has alot to offer, packed full of service machines. Even a waiting room with A/C and cable TV ... the coffee's not bad either. If your in Chino Valley with car trouble stop and see the father son team at Bobs C.A.R. !! Sincerely BOB TAYLOR

They diagnosed problem. They contacted dealer. They found repair was probably under warranty. They recommended approach with dealer. Have an appointment next week for repair covered under warranty (dealer had to order parts). Warranty expired day following initial contact with dealer. It is more than likely they saved me a $900 repair bill.

On each occasion my automobile was at Bob's C.A.R., Bob & his competent team responded promptly, were friendly and Bob was always willing to demonstrate and share the details of the "job" to be done, gave a written printout of the estimated cost, time required to provide the service and followed up on any concerns I had. He spent extra time and effort to provide the best service possible and guaranteed everything that was done. I am a "older" female with an "older" car and it didn't make any difference...he told me the most important thing to him was the "satisfaction of his customers" and wanted them to walk away knowing that the best service had been provided. In my opinion, he deserves your "Golden Wrench Award" for going "above and beyond" on a regular basis. Customers appreciate that attitude...especially me.

They are friendly, thorough, and caring. Can't ask for much more. Oh, and trustworthy.
