Jeff took the time to trace down the problems and explained them thoroughly to me. His estimate came in under the one received from a different business and ruled out one part which they had said needed repair. When a different problem occurred within a few days he quickly fixed it. I came away with confidence in his work and reliability.

Jeff and his mechanics kept my '79 Pontiac going for five years, but now I have a '84 Chevy and Jeff says he doesn't work on cars older than '60 so I lost my favorite mechanic.

I have a 1999 Pontiac Montana with 207,000. miles - Jeff, my husband and I just cannot believe how well this vehile has done and continues to do - THANK GOODNESS. Jeff is always so nice and competant when we do have to have something done or just checking it out for a long trip. Love your articles in the paper by the way.

Had a check engine light come on. Read the code adn told me it was a vapor lock (gas Cap) issue. Charged me for time $39. I thought that was fair since someone has to pay for the diagnostic machines.

Do NOT take your car to the dealership for anything Jeff can work on. He will definitely save you time and $$$.

Went to have an oil leak looked at after seeing all the positive reviews on this site; the whole garage is staffed with knowledgable, friendly people and one aloof, large calico cat. The car is a 1997 Chrysler Sebring, already notoriously difficult to work on, and with 203,000 hard miles on it was leaking oil like a sieve. Jeff let me know after reviewing the state of my car that the cost of the repairs were more than the car was technically worth, and didn't charge me for the trouble of finding that out. I'll be happy to bring my Nissan here or the Chrysler's eventual replacement in the future. :) Also note: At the time of this review, the miniature Google Map that pops up for this location's address is very incorrect; the shop is near the corner of 13th and Walnut.
