Bridges Auto has made our life better. I'm no mechanic and had repeatedly suffered at the hands of less competent or dis honest mechanics. Then we discovered Jackie Bridges. When we were less affluent, Jackie would find used parts for us (like a battery for $5.) As our financial situation improved (and the quality of our vehicles) Jackie started using new parts. In any case, his repairs are always reasonable (to say the least) and quick. Usually, we can drop the vehicle off with a note taped to the steering wheel and it will be ready for us the next afternoon. Small items (like a busted tail light) he fixes on the spot. My wife had a problem with her Yukon and had it in the dealer several times. We eventually gave up on getting a satisfactory fix. One day she drove out to Bridges to pick me up and, while there, asked Jackie's son Ricky to looks at why her dash lights constantly flikered on and off. In less than five minutes he found a loose ground wire, tightened it and "Viola" no more flickering lights. He didn't even charge for that. I have a GMC truck and asked Jackie about the problems I'd heard with fuel pumps on these vehicles. He told me not to worry. Some failed and some didn't. I asked him what I should do if I was on a trip and it did fail. He said "Call me and I'll come get you and fix it then." I encourage you to try Bridges, you'll like them.
