I bought a set of tires from them maybe 10 years ago and liked the owner/head mechanic right off. I then started using them for other mechanical related things. I have bought tires for both of our vehicles ever since. In the last 8 or so years they have never charged me to fix a flat. They have come and picked up my dead truck one time at my house and towed it back to the shop at no extra cost. But the most important thing is they are honest in how they have dealt with me.
