I don't want to write a short story here or begin my new novel so let's highlight some points. 1. I knew my transfer case was leaking and told them the exact point that it was leaking. When it blew on the highway caused a smoke cloud when the oil hit the hotter parts of the undercarriage and also a spray pattern from the point of failure AND was still actively leaking. 2. Told them to ignore my windshield washer level because a hose was loose somewhere and had been for 3 years but i kept putting it off. 3. "Don't fix anything until you tell me the issue." 4. The called me up later telling me they found the problem and fixed it already. The problem..."Your windshield washer fluid spilled out and that was the cloud you saw, we fixed it." 5. I showed up and explained my reservoir has been dry for 3 years and i can see the leak on the transfer case. They insisted over and over that i take it home and see if it still leaked, which i only did because my ride had left. 6. Took it back the next morning and it wasn't until the afternoon they told me what the problem was, which is exactly what i i told them it was. In the end i did get them to remove the charges from the initial visit. I did not, however, ever receive an apology much less a shocked response about such a grave over site.
