They've always explained what needs to be done, how long
it'll take and estimated cost. Re: estimated cost: more
times than not, the cost has been less than anticipated.
Prices are reasonable & in line with other shops in the
area. I have complete faith in these guys. Usually
they're cheaper than the local Ford dealership, easier to
schedule an appointment and the work is done in a timely
manner.

I love these guys, all I have to do is describe the sound
and if I can fix it on my own they tell me so.
