No cocoa mocha latte here! Bare bones waiting area with a few chairs. But who wants to pay for all that? The guys at Bill's do a great job! They will call before doing work, explain what the problem is and they treat everyone like they really want you to come back again.

Shop used to be a grungy looking place but they always did good work at a fair price and don't try to push unnecesary work on you. Hadn't been there for a couple of years and was surprised to see a much nicer place that even has an office to wait in. Also removed a lot of junk (?) cars from the parking lot.

Took car in with DETAILED list of tasks - all were agreed to. Later found out Mechanic who worked on car was inexperienced (on job only couple of months), they over- filled oil by 3/4 qt (luckily no damage to engine), over- tightened filter, lost screws, did not complete many of the items on list although was Billed for them. After discussion with manager, was refunded approx. 20% of amount original bill because work was not done. If you use these people, check their work and your bill very carefully.
