Always professional, all of the mechanics there are experienced, extremely meticulous and careful. They allow you to observe repairs and ask questions. I would never allow anyone near my beloved Datsun 280Z--except for them. I know it is getting the best care. Their diagnosis skills have impressed me several times. They know the esoteric aspects of all Bosch Fuel injection systems, and have passed the little tests I have given them. (Like "how does the thermotime switch work?--will more or less resistance close the circuit?") I have never encountered a more impressive group of sports car enthusiasts who not only love working on cars for a living, but attending Concours d'Elegance car shows (Like the Vanderbilt etc.) and submitting their own cars. The owner, Walter, has been surrounded by sports cars for years, racing, repairing, selling, is a fascinating guy to talk with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else--and I live in Bayside Queens! (I would never travel so far unless they were worth it.) Ray and John stand out as the most senior mechanics, but all of them are just as meticulous and skilled. They are all a group of professional gentlemen who know what they are doing.
