Wow! What a wonderful experience. My wife's Buick LeSabre
developed a problem with the left fron axle a few days
before we were supposed to take a trip. I usually do most of
my own repairs but I was out of time on this one. I took
the car to the shop and dropped it off. (There is a very
small wait area and the bathroom looks clean.) I filled out
the appropriate paperwork and dropped the vehicle off. Now
this is the best part... around eleven they send me an email
detailing exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and how
much it would cost to repair. I called back and okayed the
repair. By 3:30 that afternoon, they had the left front
axle repaired. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been doing buisness with Superior for about 6 years
based on a recommendation from a friend. I feel that they
are very honest, reasonably priced, and go the distance to
make the customer satified. Here are two examples from my
experience:
The local dealership wanted $1000 to fix a gasket problem,
but Superior did it for about half the price. Almost a
year later I was experiencing an oil leak and took the car
to Superior. They told me the problem was with the same
gasket that they installed, and they did the repair under
wananty at no cost to me. High marks for honesty!
Had my breaks serviced at Superior, and shortly afterward
my wife complained that the breaks were fading. I could
not reproduce the problem, and neither could Superior, but
they replaced the break pads with an upgraded product
anyway at no cost to me. This really exceeded my
expectations.

They took my Jeep the day after Thanksgiving to repair a
broken steering linkage. They had it repaired the next day,
and stayed late until we got there to pick it up. We were
very please with the price. I like to fix my own car when I
can, but I will go to these guys when I can't!
