Performance Tire & Svc Center

I came in after being frustrated with the Saturn dealership's oil change policy (drop your car off and we'll get to it sometime this week), and I was really impressed. REALLY impressed. I've brought my and my husband's cars there multiple times in the last few years, and every time they a) give me a price estimate that turns out to be spot on, b) give me a time estimate for how long it will take, c) are willing to do things in shorter time if they're not backed up, and d) have had the opportunity to scam me, but have specifically told me about my options without pressuring me to spend more money than I have to. They sell tires. I've had three flats in the last year (two nails and a screw), and every time they were happy to suggest an $8 patch job instead of new tires. The Saturn dealership doesn't patch, they just try to sell you a whole new set. I also came in with a minor question (light on the dash wouldn't go off and I coudln't figure out why), and they had a mechanic sit down with me and show me how to fix it on my own the next time. And then didn't charge me for it. This is truly an excellent business and I would love to see them get the customer response they deserve!
