He put new Eldebrock shocks on my 79 chev pickup.the breaks then began pulling to the right with forceful stops. He changed out the hydrolics which did not solve the problem. He then put on new roters which solved the problem. all at no charge to me.

These guys are always super nice and even send thank-you notes! I use them for tires (not mechanical work) and they offer free rotation and balance for the life of the tires.

This was the first time I ever took my car in for service and didn't feel intimidated by the "atmosphere". I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, instead of having to stand at the counter for 15 minutes before someone stepped up. There were no big "macho-guy" tire displays, no race-car posters, no greasy smudges on the counters. The waiting area was clean and wasn't stocked with Car & Driver or Mechanics magazines. And the service to my vehicle -- while a simple, routine brake job, was done quickly, while I waited, and the price was very reasonable -- especially compared to quotes I'd been given by a couple of dealerships in the same neighborhood.
