Estes Automotive is a class act. They pride themselves in
having a well-run, clean shop. I have seen all kinds of
cars in for maintenance, from new cars to classics. They
always return our cars to us freshly vaccuumed and clean -
even when we took one in for a minor engine issue. They
are all about customer service at Estes.
Mike is my contact. My dad, who is very knowledgeable about
car repairs, grilled Mike about a car problem when we first
started bringing our cars to Estes. Dad was satisfied that
they would not overestimate a job or do unnecessary work.
In the years since then, they have earned our trust. We
bring all our American cars to Estes. I am sure they do
excellent work on imports too. I also have a 1970 air-
cooled VW, and Mike was quick to direct me to a shop that
specialized in VWs rather than accept this car without an
expert on staff.
One neat thing is that they gave a class on car maintenance
to my daughter's Senior Girl Scout troop (high school
age). Because of that class, my now college-age daughter
keeps her car in great shape and we know that she will be
able to handle minor car problems when on the road and will
know what to do in case of a major car problem. Thanks so
much to Estes for that.
