Until about a year ago, I was driving a 1985 Toyota Camry with over 200,000 miles on it. It had been passed down to me from my wife (who always gets the new cars, when we buy them) since she drives a greater distance to get to work. Prior to buying her latest new car (another Camry) I would take the 1985 model to Grays with some regularity. I never had to return the car to have anything done to it after it was fixed. Since buying my wife her latest car, I was given her 1992 Camry (I got it with 151,000 miles on it). It's in good enough shape that I haven't had to have Gray's do any work on it yet, but when it begins to require the nickel and dime jobs on it to keep it running I will definitely take it back to Gray's. By the way, I think Benny looks just like Bill Clinton. That's not a bad thing. Even though I am not registered as either a Democrat or Republican, I haven't voted for a Republican presidential candidate since 1972, when I voted for Richard Nixon. Hell, I was 21, had been overseas in the military for more than a year and didn't know any better.

The owner, Benny Gray, is a very straight and honest guy, and consequently has a very successful business. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and only employs other knowledgeable mechanics. He is not the cheapest mechanic in town, until you take into consideration that you can count on him to do the job right. He has to pay his mechanics well in order to have such good mechanics, and in turn maintain the level of quality that his customers expect. You get what you pay for, and with Gray, I have never found myself paying for more than I got. I have no financial or family ties to Gray Auto, I am just a very satisfied regular customer. I have had them replace a clutch and master cylinder on a Ford Ranger, do some engine and body work on a Toyota Camry, diagnose and replace a coil pack and also perform some small body work on a Honda Fit, and probably a few other things that don't come immediately to mind. I highly recommend Gray Auto Service.
