Franklin Automotive is a great place to take your Volvo. They service and repair only Volvos and they do a great job.

Ok, I am a girl with middle income, two kids, so no money to repair volvo's! Steve at Franklin Automotive has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. He got the service department when working on air-conditioner to completely go over my car from head to toe, to make sure safe for me and my kids,(one is a new born) and then provided me with a list of anything he found, told me when these needed to be taken care of ie: if emergency or could wait a while. I know that in the years I dealt with Franklin they are fair, understanding of finances, and remember who I am when I call. No I am not in every week! but it matters to feel taken care of and in good hands when I need a repair. Good Job Franklin!

I have had Franklin do repairs on my Lexus Rx300 several times and they have always been fair and good quality work. And, even though they started out doing Volvo, they now do Lexus, Toyota, Nissan also.
