My recommendation is based on one spectacular experience. I was traveling to the Big Horn mountains in Northern Wyoming when my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee quit. After being towed from Chugwater to Wheatland, I ended up at Bob's. The service personell there were so helpful and understanding. Although they were very busy, they recognized that we were on vacation and made an extra effort to get us back on the road ASAP. The problem was, they couldn't find the right coil for my vehicle. They called everywhere within a 50 mile radius, which is about 1 town, and couldn't get the right part. So one of the mechanics offered to take the coil out of his own vehicle, make the necessary changes to my vehicle, and install his coil in my car. To make a long story a little shorter, bottom line was that they had me back on the road within a few hours - all for about $75 - which was much less than the time, effort, and parts should have cost. Kudos to the team at Bob Ruwart Motors for going the extra mile for superior service!!!
