It seems that when I need a repair I always think I know what the problem is. I tell them. After the 5th or 6th time they started smiling and waited for me to run down and then they ask me the symptoms and we start again. This place has been in business in the same location for way over 20 years. Their mechanics have longevity so customers and their vechicles are remembered.

Once I had the brakes done because of a shimmy when I'd apply the brakes. The local GMC dealer had "worked" on those brakes several times already with no satisfaction, the shimmy would always return. Sure enough, two days later the shimmy returned this time also. After returning my vehicle the next day, the person who handled my problem couldn't have been more helpful and respectful to me (I'm a woman). He explained everything, sincerely apologized for missing the causative problem and was MORE than fair on the bill. And from then on, my brakes worked smoothly!

These are my guys. I am not good with tools or cars, so I need somebody I can trust. They know me when I come in, and one time when I was getting a 90,000 mile tune up the work came to more than my debit card would allow me to charge. They gave me the keys to my car and said, "we know you will pay your bill." And I was off. I did pay my bill but they trust you, so I trust them.
