Steve and his crew are top notch. The labor costs are half of what the dealer charges. He's completely honest and takes the time to explain what is wrong.

I believe Steve to be very honest. His staff has been with him a long time and appear to be very competent.

Steve Starcher (owner) is a very skilled mechanic. I would trust him to do any repair on any vehicle I or my family own. All his employees have equal skill and knowledge. I was at his shop one day and observed him interacting with an elderly woman. He advised her that the cam shaft on her Mercedes was unservicable. Steve, realizing the woman would have difficulty affording a new cam shaft, found a used servicable one in his spare parts stash. He installed the part and returned the vehicle in perfect running condition for a fraction of the cost. Steve could easily have advised to replace the cam shaft with a new one, but chose to help the lady out. Bravo!
