These guys are a pleasure to deal with. Have kept my car purring for 8 years. Recently had the timing belt and water pump replaced. While driving it home the "radiator" light came on..they sent out a tow truck and took it back immediately...no charge. Turns out it was just an air bubble. Another time I had a mysterious clunking noise under the car. No one could seem to solve the problem..they hung in there looking for it for 2 days. Finally located a problem with the spare tire mounting under the car. Again..no charge. I am a woman and have had some not so pleasant experiences with vehicle repair shops in the past..but these guys never treat me like an idiot..They take time to discuss my car, the repairs, etc. They call promptly when the car is ready and never, never "talk down" to me. They treat every customer with courtesy..even some customers who don't deserve it. Repair charges for routine mantainance are posted at the desk and they never "sneak" anything in. 99% of the time they fix things right the first time...and the waiting area in the shop is pleasant and the shop is tidy. They take the sting out of car repair.
