Lee Treadway and David (don't know last name) were excellent. I needed several major repairs on my Toyota truck engine. They not only fixed the problems, they fixed many others that they saw with no extra charge. These guys are very honest and Lee took the time to explain in detail all they fixed, showing me new and used parts and didn't give me the normal "woman" treatment. Meaning he didn't ask to speak to my husband or father. He discussed my truck with ME! They also worked on my sister's Volvo and she was extremely pleased with service and price too. I've heard they can work on just about any vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These guys are THE BEST. EVER. ANYWHERE. As a female I had gotten somewhat used to being ripped off. The first time I went to DLD I thought I needed new brakes. I dropped off the truck and was surprised when they called & said it was done fairly quickly. I had expected a huge bill, but when Lee said the total was $16 (ok, don't remember the exact amount- it has been several years now, but it was a really low sum) I was floored. Turns out the brakes needed something very minor. Other places I had been to in the past (I feel anyway) might have taken advantage of the fact that I was A- a woman & B- totally ignorant and charged me a ton of money & said they replaced the brakes while only doing the minor fix. Any time I have had work there they explained what was going on, showed me the old parts and have been very cool about taking care of what needs done. I trust them. The only time they couldn't show me a removed item was the time they removed a dead rodent from my heating system & they chucked it off into the woods. But that's another story. If I had found these guys when I had my Nissan truck (which ended up in the hands of several horrrible mechanics & rip off artists) I would probably still have it today.

These guys are awesome. They are very reliable and honest. The shop is in a small town that has no public transportation, so they will give you a ride to town or home if you need it when they work on your car. I have also called them for repair advice when on the road. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
