David has been my mechanic since I got my first car six years ago, and he's been my mother's mechanic since before I can remember. He is always willing to take the time to explain things, and even went with my mother to pick out a car on his own time on a Saturday. David also gives reliable and realistic estimates on both the time and cost of repairs, even if that means telling me it's going to cost more than I want and take a week. He's both honest and excellent.

David was my mechanic for many years. The only reason I don't go there anymore is because I moved out of state. Even when I lived in West Allis I made a point to drive out to Waukesha to take my vehicle to D & D. David is always honest about what really needs to be fixed and what can wait a while. He is upfront about the price and timeline as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Waukesha/Milwaukee area.

I brought my 11 year old (90,000 mile) Chevrolet Cavalier convertible in because it was driving very rough, shaking and pulling to the left. They diagnosed a severely deteriorated subframe and suggested that the car not be driven if we did not want to repair it. We had them replace the subframe, control arms and engine mount and it drives much, much better. Based on their advice we decide to defer other repairs for a time.
