My family has taken all of our cars to Jack's at some time or another. Sure he's close by OUR house, but that's not the only reason. A lot of dealers and mechanics will charge you an arm and a leg for a repair job because of some fancy accounting and outrageous hourly rates. Jack's doesn't. Jack has been in the business for at least 20 years . . . . probably more. I've never had a problem with a bad repair job, huge costs, or anything like that. Jack knows what he's doing, and so does his other mechanic. I get the impression that Jack isn't in the business for the money. He actually likes repairing cars. I'd trust any vehicle with him.

I take all my cars to Jack's. His service is always top notch. The only issue I have is that there are times when I have to wait several days for service due to his back log of repairs. I attribute this to his long line of satisfied customers and his honest style in with dealing with all customers. I have recommended him to others and everyone feels the same way I do.
